Step Three: Define the problemWork with the class to create a clear concise problem statement in one or two sentences. “How can we (overall task) in such a way that we address… (factors for success, constraints).”
Sample: Define the problem |
To Do:In your group open the collaborative Problem Planning document which has been created in Padlet
On the document: Create one note and title it Issue. In the note contents fill in one issue around this problem. Drag it under the Issue heading. Create another note and title it Solution. In the note contents fill in one indicator of a successful solution (What will it look like when the problem is solved). Drag it under the Solution heading. Create one more note and title it Constraint. In the note contents fill in one constraint (What factors do we have to work within... things like cost, time, etc.) Post it under the Constraints heading As a class we will create the Problem Statement: How can we ..... (solve the issue) in such a way that we address .....(factors for success and constraints). |
